Stick to cold -- but not freezing! -- outdoor weather conditions. Late Feb. was kind of ideal in 2020.

- Cylinder Stuffer
- big bowl for Darm rinsing
- big soup pot for stuffed sausage simmering (as applicable)
- shallow plastic trays for stuffed sausage collection
New This Year
- We have a Pavillon (canopy) for more work outside if that helps
- Should we try to raise the stuffer up off the table somehow so that it squirts into the trays better?
